What is the typical shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your lamp departs our warehouse.
Do your light fixtures come with bulbs included?
To ensure safe transit and allow you to choose your preferred color temperature, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the product description. We recommend using energy-efficient LED bulbs for all our models.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If your lamp doesn't fit your space perfectly, contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange.
Are your lamps compatible with international voltages?
Yes, we offer products compatible with 110V-120V (North America) and 220V-240V (Europe/Australia). Please select the correct voltage and plug type for your region on the product page before checking out.
How do I track the status of my delivery?
Once your order ships, an automated email will be sent to you containing a tracking link. You can also log into your Lampsmodern account to view real-time updates on your shipment status.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
While we pack our glass and metal fixtures with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement.
