At Lampsmodern, we want your home to shine in its best light, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our lighting fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a straightforward process to ensure a hassle-free return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lamp in its original manufacturer packaging, including all internal padding, hardware, and instruction manuals to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
